Today's special feature is "Purple Radish"
It has a stubby form.

The cross section is purple like radial marbling from the center, and there is little pungency and little moisture, so you can enjoy the crunchy texture when you make it into a salad.



When pickled in sweet vinegar, it turns a surprisingly beautiful pink color.
